A. ITSD does not track passwords to the web accounts.  You will to have the account reissued.  To have the account reissued, submit a completed WWW Application Form to the Information Resource Center in Ward Hall, Room G-1. You can download the form or pick up a copy in the IRC. If you are developing a site for an ECA or a Company, you will need to bring a note from the O-Rep or Company Officer granting permission for the development of the site.
