The United States Naval Academy hosts educators, community leaders, counselors, and others in positions of responsibility who interact with our nation's best and brightest middle and high school students.

*Single day COIs are held offsite and will have separate sign-up sheets when a venue has been determined!

 USNA seeks to engage leaders who influence highly-qualified students from across the nation. COI attendees gain first-hand experience about:

  • The admissions process
  • The exceptional undergraduate education opportunities offered at the U.S. Naval Academy
  • The career options available as an officer in the Navy or Marine Corps

The goal is that COI participants return to their communities with a deeper understanding of USNA and help identify, mentor and encourage local students who demonstrate the interest and potential to become a midshipmen (student) at the U.S. Naval Academy.

All expenses (airfare, lodging and meals) are paid by USNA. If you are interested in attending COI, please fill out our application!
