**There will be tours offered for parents at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on the first day of each session (Saturday). This is completely optional!**

Please read/complete the following items. All forms and payment are required by the date indicated on your selection letter. Forms should be filled out and emailed to email@example.com.

- NASS FORMS -Please note, health insurance is REQUIRED. If you do not have health insurance, you will need to obtain short term insurance for the duration of NASS. Do not send this form back without insurance information included.
- ONLINE TUITION PAYMENT - DO NOT send payment via mail.
- If you plan on driving to USNA, please enter through Gate 8. A map of the Yard is available here. You will need a photo ID and your confirmation email to drive on USNA.
- Hometown News Release Form (For submission to local media outlets if you so choose...do not return to USNA)
In the event that you wish to decline your Summer Seminar selection, please email our office immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and include "NASS Decline" in the subject line. We appreciate your promptness so that we may offer your spot to another deserving student.
