The Baptist Student Union, or BSU is a worldwide student organization devoted to helping students live their lives for Jesus Christ.  BSU
has been an active ministry here at the US Naval Academy for nearly 40 years

Mission

"To reach and disciple Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy and to help them develop a Christ-centered relationship through the studying of God's Word, Prayer, and Christian Fellowship."

Our Ministry Goal:
-To encourage a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, (Mark 16:15)
-To establish believers in their faith, (Col. 2:6-7)
-To equip them to serve the Lord, (Eph. 4:11-12)
-To send them out into the world ready and willing to serve God. (Matt. 28:18-19)

While we receive most of our financial support from Baptist churches, we would like to emphasize that you do not have to be Baptist or even a Christian to come and be a part of BSU.
