About Blackboard:

Blackboard is the Learning Management System used by the US Naval Academy for an online supplement to courses, providing a tool for for faculty and staff organizations to document class structure, assignments, and media. It can be accessed directly by visiting: https://www.usna.edu/Blackboard/. USNA is currently running version 9.1.

Supported Browsers:

Blackboard has listed in this link the supported operating systems and browsers for use with the Blackboard 9.1. Blackboard 9.1 is a web-based application and other browsers and operating system may work well, however, the listed configurations are the only configurations that are tested and supported by Blackboard.

If problems should occur, please review the chart below to make sure the browser in use is compatible with the current version of Blackboard.  In order to use Blackboard your browser must have cookies, Java, and JavaScript enabled.

Preferred Plug Ins:

Sun Java Virtual Machine: For all operating systems, the supported version is Java 6.0 or higher.
