The Blackboard Learning System enables instructors to create and manage course content, use publisher content, evaluate performance and communicate with students. This workshop focuses on the course building and course communications tools in the Blackboard learning System.

 After this workshop, you should be able to:  

• Add, modify, manage, and remove course content
• Communicate with students using discussion boards, virtual classrooms, chatrooms, emails, announcements, etc.
• Customize the course menu
• Import/Export/Achieve a course
• Manage users and groups
