This workshop focuses on the course assessment tools in the Blackboard Learning System, which include test manager, survey manager, pool manager and gradebook. After this workshop, you should be able to:

• Create, deploy, retrieve, grade, and return assignments
• Create, deploy, retrieve, and grade tests
• Create, deploy, and retrieve surveys
• Create different types of quiz/survey questions
• Develop and manage question pools
• Import/export tests and pools
• Use Gradebook to manage student grades
