This is the enzyme acetylcholinesterase.  It carries out the biochemical reaction which breaks down the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and is required for the proper functioning of your nervous system.  Nerve agents, such as Sarin, are lethal because they are capable of inactivating this enzyme.  The image shows an inhibitor compound, one that's not nearly as toxic as Sarin, blocking the active site of the acetylcholinesterase enzyme
