CrossFit Blue and Gold is a brand new military affiliate located at the United States Naval Academy. Residing in the racquetball courts of MacDonough Hall, we aim to promote functional fitness and develop the warriors of tomorrow. We are an affiliate that is run by midshipmen, for midshipmen.
