ONR / NSF Partnership in Electric Power Networks
Efficiency and Security (EPNES)

Awards from this competition may be made by either NSF or ONR.  All Continuing Grant Increments (CGIs) will be the responsibility of the Agency making the initial commitment.

If participating units from both agencies choose to contribute funding to a single application, a separate award will be made by each agency to make up the total recommended amount of the award.

Proposals that meet Navy unique merit criteria as outlined in the Navy Challenge Problem posted at this site will be given special consideration for separate funding by ONR, subject to availability of funds. Resubmission of proposals to ONR is not required.
