Welcome to the Multimedia Support Center of the United St ates Naval Academy. As Director, my role is to ensure that midshipmen, faculty and staff are equipped with the necessary tools to accomplish their educational and professional goals. From multimedia creation to classroom design, the MSC staff is here to meet all of your audiovisual needs. We have a vast array of the latest technologies and powerful resources to assist you in your individual projects and classroom presentations.
The exciting news for this academic year is our focus on supporting the midshipmen. Our two graphic artists provide high-quality instruction, and can assist with a wide variety of presentation mediums.
MSC continues to produce high-quality video programming. While our major customers of this service are the PAO and the NAAA, it should be remembered that these services are open to any USNA organization. MSC can assist in the production of complete video programs, videotape requested lectures, move programming between formats, or digitize an existing program. We have a professional video production staff that provides high quality service.
MSC accepts recommendations for the purpose of video and audio programming from faculty, staff, and midshipmen. There are typically more demands for programming than there are funds; consequently, materials recommended by the faculty have priority. To recommend a new title for the collection, please download and complete the "MSC Purchase Recommendation Form." Please forward completed requests to Mr. Larry Clemens, Director MSC, Mail Stop 10F.
