National Conference on Ethics in America (NCEA)
Summary
The National Conference on Ethics in America (NCEA) is an annual conference hosted by the United States Military
Academy at West Point, New York. The conference includes representatives of each of the service academies and
participants from over 100 colleges and universities. Keynote speakers include recognized leaders in the military
and business worlds and issues addressed include many of the current ethical issues being debated in the world
today. The conference is traditionally held in November each year.
USNA participation
Approximately 10 Midshipmen and 2 Faculty/Staff members. There is no pre-reading required. During the conference
participants will be assigned to working groups and be responsible for a group presentation at the conclusion of the conference.
Logistics
The conference is held at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. USNA participants will drive to and from the
conference in government vans and will be furnished lodging at USMA.
