Facilitator Registration

·         Staff and faculty assigned to the Naval Academy are able to sign up online through the following link: “Character Development Seminars – Register.” Select “Insert New Record,” then select the calendar next to the Excusal Code Block. A listing of excusal dates will be displayed for all seminars currently active. Select the excusal number corresponding to your desired date. After selecting your date, choose whether you will attend in the AM, PM, or Full Day. (Facilitators who desire to or can only attend a morning or afternoon session can leave or arrive around the guest speaker and lunch portion of the day.) Now select “Insert,” and you are registered. ·         For facilitators not assigned to the Naval Academy or those who do not have access to the MIDS system, you may register for your desired date by contacting LT Nick Rogers at nrogers@usna.edu or (410) 293-1902. The current list of seminar dates is located under the “Dates and Speakers” tab.

For all facilitators, a detailed explanation of the seminar, topics, and general facilitator information is located in the Facilitator Guide. A Facilitator Guide for "Last Call" is also available. You are highly encouraged to review the content of these guides before arriving, as they provides detailed insight into conducting discussion on each of the topics as well as overall seminar information.
