Personal Financial Management is the Navy's effort to promote good money management skills within its force. Current studies show 1/3 of sailors have difficulty meeting their monthly financial obligations. Services include individual counseling and workshops which address check writing, managing credit, avoiding debt, and planning for your financial future.
