The Reserve Personnel Management Team (RPMAT) continues to man an assistance center for recalled SELRES and IRR personnel at

1- 866- 831- 8582.

This center is manned M - F, from 0700 to 1530 (CST), with both automated and operator servicing for assistance with any of the myriad of services to the 980,000 members of the IRR, SELRES, Fleet Reserve and Retirees, Standby Reserve and TDRL. Outside these hours, the system will still provide automated assistance, as well as voice messaging for return service calls when the center reopens. Essentially, it provides one stop shopping for our personnel, with automated tracking and response monitoring for problem resolution. The access number for the center is
