VisionThe United States Naval Academy Flight Team mission is to provide a professional aviation venue for midshipmen, modeled after current Fleet squadrons, that includes flight operations, training, and competition with other colleges; to enhance the performance and safety of its members upon reaching Naval Air Training Command; to support the Naval Academy Vision 2020 and develop graduates who possess superior airmanship, tenacity and experience that will allow them to contribute to Naval, Marine Corps, and civilian aviation well into the future. The team serves as a valuable recruiting asset for the Naval Academy, Navy/Marine Corps and civilian aviation , providing inspiration and education to young people in the community and allowing USNA to achieve recognition alongside its sister service academies and other aviation colleges as one of the premier sources of exceptional collegiate aviators.Competition Events
