CITI training program registration.
CITI Completion Reports are valid for three years. Effective in April 2011, a Refresher
course is available to keep current with training requirements - 8 modules with 6 quizzes.

PLEASE NOTE:
In order to "complete" the CITI training and receive a Completion Report, you must
pass the module quizzes with a score of 80% or better.
