The Symposium will provide participants with shuttle service between the Doubletree Hotel, Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, and Alumni Hall throughout the days of 15-16 September.

For commuting Symposium participants without current DoD stickers and IDs, parking will be provided at the Navy-Marine Corps stadium at a cost of $5.00 per day.  The shuttle circuit includes stops at the stadium and Doubletree Hotel alike.  To park at the stadium, you will enter gate 5 off of Taylor Avenue in Annapolis and pull a parking ticket. You may pay either at the booth when exiting or through the onsite pay machine.  The address to use in locating the parking gate with GPS devices is 511 Taylor Ave. Annapolis MD 21401.

For commuting participants with current DoD stickers and IDs, be advised that, with the reconstruction of McNair Road underway, parking spaces before Alumni, Sampson, and Mahan Halls are in short supply, to put it mildly, and you should plan to arrive as early as possible to secure a parking spot.  You may well be compelled to park elsewhere on the Yard or at the stadium.
