Vehicular access to the U.S. Naval Academy is restricted to vehicles with proper Department of Defense decals. For those with decals all parking areas, except those specifically identified for midshipmen, are open. Please be aware, though, that parking spaces are in high demand and fill up very quickly. It is highly recommended that, if you plan to drive onto the Naval Academy, you arrive before 8:00 AM. Bus transportation is being arranged to shuttle symposium participants between the DoubleTree Hotel and the Naval Academy. Buses will run throughout the day on Thursday and Friday, 10-11 September. (The bus schedule will be available at the reception desk at the DoubleTree Hotel). The DoubleTree Hotel shuttle will also be available for symposium participants’ use.
