USNA LEAD Theses Database
This database houses masters' theses
published in conjuction with the United States Naval Academy's Leadership,
Education, and Development (LEAD) Program.
HOW TO USE THIS DATABASE:
- If you know the author,
title, cohort, or some keywords of a thesis you're looking for
use SEARCH. If you're not sure what you're looking for and want to
just 'look
around' you might want to use BROWSE. Note:
when you select to BROWSE on an item, you will see all of those
items in the database; for example: if you select to BROWSE by "title"
you
will get a list of all thesis titles in the database.
- The resulting page will list the theses found in your search/browse.
The list is formatted depending on your search/browse selection. From
that page you can click a button and look at details,
i.e. title, author,
date
of
publication,
abstract,
etc.
corresponding
to
that item.
- From that final page you can then download/view the thesis of interest.
*A cohort is a group or band, especially in a military sense.
LEAD cohorts with completed theses are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
