1. Clicking on this link should take you to the Internet Explorer page. Once there, type "ime" into the search engine. Microsoft Global IME should be at the top of the resulting list. After clicking on that, click on "download Global IME" at the next page. Then, just follow the instructions to download Japanese IME. Once you have installed it, you should be able to view Japanese characters on the internet (through Internet Explorer, not Netscape Navigator) as well as type with Japanese characters on your word processor. If you have any problems downloading or using the program, email me and I can email you instructions or the program itself.
