Course Reserves

Faculty members sometimes request that certain materials be made available "on reserve" at the Circulation Desk. These course reserves have restricted circulation to ensure availability to all midshipmen in the class for which they are reserved and can include books, articles, audiovisuals and instructor provided materials such as lecture notes.

The Library is implementing a new course reserve form. Please complete it, print it, and send it to Nimitz Library Circulation Department, Mail Stop 10A.

Course Reserve Lists are available online through the Nimitz Library Catalog

Only required reading materials will be placed on course reserve. The Library will provide one or two copies of required materials for each ten students at the discretion of the instructor.
