POLITICAL SCIENCE RESEARCH GUIDE HOME

BACKGROUND RESOURCES

This guide is designed to list some specialized encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, directories, and bibliographies that would be useful to you in beginning your research in political science. If the call number indicates Ready Reference, it will be found on the bookcases behind the Reference desk. The call number might show that a book can be found on one of the Reference tables (Table 7 is Political Science). The majority of the titles will be found on the shelves along the Severn River side of the first floor. In addition, some titles are linked to the electronic version when that is available to us. Please see a Reference librarian for further assistance in locating or using any of these materials.
