2007 Service Selection
December, 2006
With 14 seniors on the Lightweight Rowing Team ready to graduate in June, service selection assignments were announced last month. Within the Class of 2007, eight firsties selected Navy Pilot, Marine Pilot, or Naval Flight Officer.
William Dann and Mackenzie White will pursue graduate school educations before heading into their perspective braches of service. Dann will be most likely studying engineering in England, while White is awaiting acceptance letters to various U.S. institutions.
Anthony Roa will be following in his brother's (Nick Roa, Navy Lightweight '05) footsteps by becoming a submarine officer, while our captain Dorian Belz will be joining the majority of our team in flight school this Summer.
