No correct solutions came in for problem #91 (the round robin
tournament),
which turned out to be a little more difficult than I thought.
The only
solution: 7 teams were 16-3, 6 teams were 9-10, 6 teams were 4-15,
and
one team was 0-19. There were 3 victories by 4-15 teams over 9-10
teams.
