T is an equilateral triangle with sides of length 1. C1 is a circle tangent to all three sides of T. C2 is a circle tangent to C1 and to two sides of T. Find the radius of C2. The only solution: 7 teams were 16-3, 6 teams were 9-10, 6 teams were 4-15, and one team was 0-19. There were 3 victories by 4-15 teams over 9-10 teams.
