The U.S.N.A. Civil Military Alliance Network(formerly known as ALLIES) exists to provide its members and the Brigade of Midshipmen with opportunities to gain further knowledge of current civil-military and international affairs and an understanding of the functioning of various organizations involved in the creation and execution of policy.  CMAN meets Wednesday nights.
