Assocation of Computing Machinery
The USNA Chapter of the Association of Computing Machinery is dedicated to the promotion of computing as a science and a profession. Our primary goals are to provide students with an activity and an open forum of discussion to further enrich their knowledge and skills within the computing field. Our chapter provides Midshipmen with the opportunities to not only develop computing skills, but to build leadership and maturity through seminars and community outreach. ACM is also a host of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, a small society originally founded in 1967 which allows Midshipmen to further communicate on a national level with other students within the computing discipline.
