Drum and Bugle Corps
Whether on the parade ground, in the stands at a Navy football game, or presenting field and stage performances around the country, the U.S. Naval Academy Drum & Bugle Corps, under the direction of Mr. Jeff Weir, proudly serves as the Navy’s finest marching music ensemble. Formed in 1914, the Naval Academy Drum & Bugle Corps is the oldest active drum corps in the nation. Comprised of 100 midshipmen from all classes and majors, the four-time champions of the Inter-service Academy Drum and Bugle Corps Competition perform over 200 times a year in support of the Brigade of Midshipmen and Navy athletics.
