"The highlight of the perfect musical performance, which words cannot express well enough, of Litton and the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra's musicians, was the Symphony by Shostakovich. The piece ... brought intimate lyrical expressions in contrast to powerful musical dramaturgy, a huge dynamic range...it was marvelously played and caused stormy approval - true excitement over an exceptional musical event."
