Mick Yokitis
Head Coach
Mick Yokitis graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Economics. He was a 3 year letter winner and a 2 year starter for the Football Team as a Wide Receiver. Mick received the Cooke Memorial Football Award his senior season, which is awarded to the member of the Naval Academy's Varsity football team deemed to have been the most influential in promoting Navy Football over his four years in the program. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and spent one season assistant coaching Navy Football, where he worked with the Quarterbacks and Fullbacks. He then spent 6 months training with the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia before becoming medically retired.
Mick coached last season at NAPS as the Quarterback and Fullback coach and as the Assistant Offensive Coordinator and Special Teams Coordinator. Mick enters his first season as the Head Football coach for the Naval Academy Prep School.
