Charles Benjamin Carr IV was born on July 1, 1986 in Annapolis, MD.  He lived just south of Annapolis in Edgewater, MD.

Ben was an avid sportsman who enjoyed lacrosse, football, fishing, hunting and water sports.

Ben attended St. Mary's High School and graduated in May of 2004.  He received an appointment to the United States

Naval Academy with the Class of 2008.  Ben was a member of 29th Company and the Club Lacrosse team.

On November 26, 2006, Ben tragically passed away in a car accident involving a drunk driver.
