Transportation
We will be running transportation between Baltimore/Washington International (BWI)
airport and the Naval Academy on a continuous basis on the days of arrival and departure (Oct 16 and
Oct 20). If you plan to arrive at the other 2 Washington-area airports:
Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) and
Washington Dulles International (IAD)
we request that you provide your own means of transportation.
Civilian Delegates who do not live in the local area are encouraged to fly into BWI rather than drive
to Annapolis. Although free overnight parking is available at the Sheraton, delegates will not be
allowed to use their private vehicles for transportation to conference events.
Accommodations
Military delegates will reside with midshipman hosts in the Bancroft Hall dormitory. Military faculty
and staff will stay at the Naval Academy's Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ). The BOQ can be reached at
(410)293-3906.
Visiting civilian delegates and staff will stay in two-person rooms at the O'Callaghan Annapolis
Hotel, located at 174 West Street. O'Callaghan Hotel located 1.0 miles from the Academy. Corbin Summit
staff will provide transportation to and from the hotel each day.
On Monday, the first day of the conference, please telephone the transportation coordinator, Frank
Lemene (443-321-5151) or Ryan Larrivee (443-321-8144), in advance if you are driving to Annapolis.
We ask that you plan to arrive at the O'Callaghan Annapolis Hotel between 2pm and 6pm, if
possible. We will be running a van service from the Hotel Monday afternoon and evening. Driving
directions are posted below. The number for the front desk is 410-263-7700; please call them if
you have any trouble finding the hotel.

USNA Access
Vehicles without Department of Defense decals will not be admitted through Academy gates and public
parking areas are limited. Thus, we recommend that you use the transportation provided by the Corbin
Summit rather than private transportation.
Note: All participants must to show a picture ID to enter the grounds.
Cost
Individual schools or participants cover the cost of a flight to BWI. Once you check in, the Corbin
Summit will provide all other expenses including the hotel, meals, and local ground transportation to
and from the hotel.
