Airport Pick Up-The U. S. Naval Academy will only provide airport pick-up from Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). If you are planning on arriving at another airport, you must provided transportation to Lowes Annapolis at your own expense.

Driving/LodgingThis year visiting students, military included, will be staying at the Loews Annapolis Hotel on West Street in downtown Annapolis . Loews is within walking distance of all downtown attractions including the Naval Academy. Walking time to the Naval Academy will take twenty minutes, so visiting guests are encouraged to dress for long, outdoor walks in February. There will be vans shuttling from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to the Academy for all mandatory events. USNA AccessVehicles without Department of Defense decals will not normally be admitted through Academy gates and public parking areas are limited. If you enter the Academy on foot, use Gate 1 or Gate 3 on King George St. Important: All participants should expect to show a picture ID to enter the grounds. CostIndividual schools or participants cover the cost of a flight to BWI, or ground transportation to the hotel. USNA, through a grant from the Hart Foundation and the Class of '38, provides all other expenses, including the hotel, meals, and local ground transportation to and from the hotel. Point of Contact
