Utilities
and Energy Management Branch
The head of the Utilities and
Energy Management Branch (UEM) is LTJG Andres
Villegas.
This branch is responsible for the management of all utilities services such as:
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Heating Systems - High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) and Steam Generators
- Water Treatment & Distribution Systems
- Sewage Collection & Treatment Systems
The
UEM Branch Head can be reached at 293-1033.
Emergencies such as utility outages, roof leaks, water leaks or equipment malfunctions should be reported immediately by calling the
Public Works Customer Service/Trouble Desk at 293-4594.
For concerns or comments with quality of service, incomplete work, etc., contact the Maintenance Division Director at 293-5703 or the FMED Director at 293-1274.
