RODS: Recreation and Off-Duty Safety is required quarterly training for military members. Also recommended for civilian employees.
Note: The Safety Department maintains lesson plans and support materials for all of the above topics. Other materials may be used in lieu of above training plans as long as minimum NAVOSH requirements are met.
