Control Packet Layout

The layout of the packets is presently under development. The control packets will be encapsulated incide TCP or UDP packets in order to be sent over an IP link. The packets will consist of a header and a payload. The header will contain the necessary information to deliver the packet to the appropriate subsystem. The payload will contain the actual command to be executed.
