Greg is a Mechanical Engineering major and a Spanish minor from Double Oak, TX. He plans to service select Marine Corps Aviation. Outside of diving, Greg enjoys waterskiing, hunting, and mountain biking. He is currently a PADI Divemaster and is working to become an Instructor.
I was born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I am currently a PADI Divemaster and I'm working toward Instructor. I started diving in 2008 and have been lucky enough to dive many places in the Caribbean including the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. I am a member of first company and an Ocean Engineer.
Morgan is an Ocean Engineering major from Wilmington, NC. She started diving once she got to the Academy. In addition to diving, Morgan enjoys music, boating, surfing, camping and most outdoor activities. She is currently a PADI Rescue Diver and is working to become a Dive Master.
I'm from landlocked Indianapolis Indiana and have been diving since I was twelve. I don't have a ton a diving experience but I've been diving in the keys every summer since I got open water certified. Besides open water, I got all my certifications through the scuba club here at the academy with John. Besides SCUBA, I'm also on the Marathon Team. My major is Ocean Engineering and I studied Mechanical Engineering at Purdue before coming to the academy.
Sam Wolborsky is an Aerospace Engineering major from the great class of 2015. He's from the small Western Pacific island of Guam, where he learned to dive at the age of 10. Since then, he has achieved the Master Scuba Diver rating with specialties in areas like Nitrox and Peak Performance Buoyancy and has logged over 300 dives in Guam, Hawaii, the Philippines, Micronesia, Australia and Indonesia. Most recently, he completed his Divemaster certification, giving him an opportunity for leadership in the world of recreational diving. His hobbies include running and photography (on land and underwater).
I'm a Mech E in 29th Co. from Louisville, Kentucky. I started diving in 2006. Some of my favorite places I have been are Honduras, The Bahamas and Costa Rica. I love underwater photography so if you want to see some awesome dive pictures just let me know.
Daphne Williams is an Ocean Engineer major from St. Louis, MO. She hopes to service select EOD. Her hobbies include reading, music, camping and working out. She has been diving for over ten years and is currently a Dive Master.
Michael Thorsen is a Quantitative Economics major in 9th Company from Naples, FL. He hopes to service select Navy Pilot. His hobbies include fishing, photography/videography, and flying. He has been diving over ten years and is currently a Master Diver.
Cody is a Mechanical Engineering major and is from Wann, OK. He plans to service select Marine Corps. Cody likes to hunt and is also on the Jiu Jitsu team at the academy. He is currently a PADI Rescue Diver and is working to become a Dive Master.
Lumière Hayes is a Systems Engineering major from Belmont, California. He is planning on service selecting EOD. He is a member of 27th Company and enjoys Jiu Jitsu, freestyle wrestling, playing video games, and having fun. He has been diving for the past couple years, currently has his Advanced Open Water certification, and is working towards becoming a Rescue Diver and Dive Master.
