Delivery Procedures

Contractors and vendors that participate in the NCACS program do not require inspection but must have a valid vehicle pass and valid NCACS photo ID.  A vehicle pass must be requested from the sponsoring department's Visitor Vetting Authority (VVA).

Non NCACS participant delivery/commercial vehicle inspections will take place on the "west" side of the Perry Center complex. Commercial vehicles will be required to enter Perry Center via the gate on State Highway 450/435 (before King George Street if coming from West Annapolis).  A sign is posted outside the gate.

Prior to required access, non NCACS participants must have a C form completed and submitted by their VVA at least five business days in advance.

As a reminder, the current delivery policy is as follows:

• All non NCACS participant visits between 0600 and 1500 require inspection at the Perry Center.  Any vehicles requiring access times earlier/later must go to Gate 1.
