USNA
Dependents living on the
US Naval Academy who are not already authorized to receive a Common
Access Card (CAC) or military identification are eligible to receive
a Naval Academy ID Badge.
Procedures for
dependents requesting and ID Badge include proper completion of the
NSA Annapolis Dependent ID Badge and Vehicle Pass Data Sheet.

INFORMATION FOR
CONTRACTORS
Contractor ID Badge
services are provided from 0600 to 1100, Monday through Friday.
Procedures for Contractors requesting an ID Badge or Vehicle Pass
include proper completion of the NSA Annapolis Contractor ID Badge
and Vehicle Pass Data Sheet. Select the below hyperlink in

its entirety, to include Visitor Vetting Authority certification in
the Sponsoring Agent section of the form. This form may be
used for Contractor ID Badge requests, Contractor Vehicle pass
requests, or both. Completed Data Sheets may be hand-carried

NSAA Contractor ID Badge
and Vehicle Pass Data Sheet (May 10)
In addition to
presenting the completed Data Sheet, Contractors must also show
proof of eligibility to work in the United States by providing a
valid Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Form I-9, as well as
supporting identification with which the form is certified.

VEHICLE DECALS AND
PASSES
The Pass & ID Office
issues Department of Defense Vehicle Decals (DD Form 2220) to
eligible patrons. Some of the eligible patrons include Staff,
Faculty and Military personnel working at the U.S. Naval Academy and
North Severn Complex. Department of Defense Vehicle Decal
expiration dates are issued at a maximum of three years from the
date of issue.
Procedures for
requesting Vehicle Decals include proper completion of the
applicable Data Sheet shown below. Select the applicable
hyperlink below in order to download and Adobe PDF form. For
example, if you are a Staff or Faculty member, select the form
titled as such. Follow the instructions on the form and
complete it in its entirety. These forms may be used nor new
requests as well as renewal of current decals.

Temporary Vehicle Passes
may also be issued to eligible personnel. Temporary Vehicle
Passes are issued for periods of less than one year. Send
requests to

required in body of e-mail should be as follows:

Personnel picking up
Vehicle Decals or Temporary Vehicle Passes must report to the Pass &
ID Office with a valid driver's license, valid vehicle registration
(matching pass), and valid proof of automobile insurance.

COMMON ACCESS CARD (CAC)
The NSA Annapolis Pass &
ID Office does not issue the Common Access Card (CAC)
nor military identification cards for retirees and dependents. These
services are provided locally at the Naval Support Activity
Annapolis DEERS/ID Card Office located at 168 Bennion Rd. Room 218,
Annapolis MD 21402. The DEERS/ID Card Office can be reached by

LOCATION AND HOURS
The Pass & ID Office is located at the Visitor Access Center just
inside Gate 1 of the U.S. Naval Academy. The street/mailing

The Pass & ID Office is
open Monday through Friday, 0600 to 1530. Closed on weekends
and holidays. Contractor services are provided Monday through
Friday, 0600 to 1100. The office may be reached by any of the
