Tactical Initiative: Basic First Aid Training for Midshipmen

Initiative Description:
  • Provide basic first aid training to all midshipmen

Expected Outcome/Benefit:

  • Midshipmen would receive this training during their USNA tour. This knowledge would be beneficial during emergency situations whether in the Hall, on cruise, or out in town.
