Initiative Description:

• Conduct a job search for a senior individual to assume the position as the Distinguished Military Professor in Character Development
• Prior career senior officer with significant operational experience and proven leadership skills is desired
• At least a masters level of graduate education would be desired

Expected Outcome/Benefit:

• Provide resident expertise in the area of character development
• Provide continuity in the division where junior members leave after two years and the director normally every three years
