The following is a sample letter for civilian organizations to request the United States Naval Academy Band musical support. You can email your request to our Operations Office by simply copying the following form and pasting it into a message with your event information. Please send requests well in advance of your event.

Please note: Do not consider your request as officially received until the United States Naval Academy Band has returned confirmation of request receipt.
