Class Petty Officer Pasquale L. Sarracco, USN
Musician First Class Pat L. Sarracco is a native of Bethel, Connecticut, and a 1987 graduate of Bethel High school. He attended Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Trumpet Performance, and went on to Northwestern University where he earned his Masters Degree. His professional experience includes Principal trumpet with Nova Filarmonia Portuguesa in Lisbon, Portugal, Guest Principal trumpet with the Mexico City Philharmonic, Principal trumpet with the Bellevue Philharmonic, Bellevue, Washington, plus various orchestras and ensembles in the Seattle, Washington area. He was also part of the Adjunct Faculty of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Petty Officer Sarracco enlisted in the Navy in 1997 and reported for duty as a trumpet instrumentalist with the U.S. Naval Academy Band, where he performs with the concert band, brass quintet, various recital ensembles, ceremonial and marching bands.
