Audition date: By Appointment

Submit a recent resume, full length photograph and high-quality recording, CD preferred. The recording should contain excerpts of various styles that demonstrate your musical ability. Applicants selected from screening of recordings will be invited for a personal interview and audition. Superior knowledge of commercial music styles is required.

Conga from Miami Sound Machine Medley
Precisely transcribe and perform Lew Solof’s trumpet solo from “Spinning Wheel” by Blood Sweat and Tears.
Be prepared to perform an improvised solo over basic chord progressions and commercial grooves.
