The United States Naval Academy Band will present a special Independence Day Concert on Friday, July 4th at 8:30 p.m. at Baltimore Inner Harbor’s Rash Field.  The ceremonial band, led by Ensign Scott Mythen, will perform patriotic favorites in a concert that will conclude with fireworks over the Baltimore Harbor.
