U.S. Naval Academy Drum & Bugle Corps Home Second set is well under way, and we are less than two weeks away from Parents Weekend! The plebes are definitely excited about seeing their families and getting a chance to perform for them. The corps had their first pep band performance, an afternoon track meet on July 26th. They performed tunes between heats, and selections included “Oye Como Va”, “Kashmir”, as well other fun tunes. Upcoming pep band performances are for wrestling, boxing, basketball, and soccer matches. Parents Weekend D&B schedule: SATURDAY, AUGUST 9th -CONCERT - 7:45am in Tecumseh Court -MORNING COLORS - 8:00am in Tecumseh Court -FORMAL PARADE - 9:00am on Worden Field -PARENTS RECEPTION - 10:00am in Mahan Hall -Total exhaustion to follow....
