FP 480 - Spring 2008 - Project Milestones

  1. Requirements: Project Requirements (what the project is supposed to do, with requirements for each sub-module), Use Case Diagram, Risk Analysis
  2. Rapid Prototype: prototype for the riskiest issue identified in the risk analysis, Acceptance Test Plan
  3. Specification/OOA: Class Diagram or ER Model, database
  4. OOD: Scenario diagrams for each use case, updated documents from previous milestones
  5. Implementation/Testing: Test Report, user's manual and demonstration for at least one complete sub-module
  6. Final: Final demo and presentation with poster, user's manual
