- Transforms (Class 5 & Class 6)
- RST Transform cheat-sheet
- RST Transform concepts
- 5.1: Determinants
- 5.2: Matrices
- 5.3 through 5.3.1: Computing with Matrices and Determinants
- 6.1 through 6.1.4: 2D Linear Transforms
- 6.2 up to (not including) 6.2.1: 3D Linear Transforms
- 6.3: Translation and Affine Transformations
- 6.4: Inverses of Transformation Matrices
- 6.5: Coordinate Transformations
- Be able to solve all of these problems without any reference material:
- Basic Light Shaders (Class 8)
- 4.5: Shading
Practical portion (1 period)
- Create images with Blender and/or POV-Ray
- Be able to create objects and control the Blender interface
- Given a sample scene file, be able to create a new scene in POV-Ray
