Installation and Setup

Download X-Plane Demo and run the installer
Download the USNA X-Plane Machine Learning Plugin
Move USNAMachineLearning.xpl to X-PlaneDemo/Resources/plugins/
Make the config.xml file to top directory of X-Plane
Make sure config.xml is readable by all users
Run the X-Plane-i686
