Tic tac toe in MAPLE

Everyone knows how to play tic tac toe - including MAPLE. The MAPLEV4 tic tac toe package and the MAPLEV5 tic tac toe package contain several routines designed to interactively play tic tac toe with you. (It does not win every time. I left out a few branches of the "decision tree" on purpose.)

If you have MAPLE V4 or better and Windows 3.1 or better then here is how to load the tic tac toe package:

create a subdirectory games of your maplev4/share directory,
create a subdirectory tictac of your maplev4/share/games directory,
copy tictactoe_v4.mpl into this tictac subdirectory,
in a new session of maple type:

read(`c:/maplev4/share/games/tictac/tictactoe_v4.mpl`); tictactoe();

If you have MAPLE V5, use tictactoe_v5.mpl instead.

The program, as you can see, does not win every time sinec it's been intentionally been programmed to lose once-in-awhile.
